If your alarm bells are not ringing loudly, they should be. Plenty of reliable new media sources are talking about how bad things are and the risks of them getting much worse. The wildcards of international conflict, economic collapse and political crisis (or all three together) are all very real. We have plenty to say about the state of the Union, just in case you need a little extra motivation. But we are even more interested in helping each other prepare for hard times and finding a way out of this mess. We all need to be doing at least some of the following:
- buying and storing extra food
- moving our money and business out of the big national banks and into local credit unions
- investing in real goods which have intrinsic value (up to and including land which can be farmed)
- putting away items that can be traded (liquor, ammunition, canned food)
- building our practical skills (canning, growing a garden, raising some chickens)
- forcing the Legislature and the Governor to stand shoulder to shoulder with Texas and Florida pushing back against federal overreach
- and becoming a sanctuary for the Constitution, rule of law and common sense
America was never meant to be a Democracy. A Constitutional Republic was the very best defense against mob rule where the slimmest majority (even a fake one) keeps voting itself free stuff until they run out of other people's money:
- Too many politicians will always end up debasing themselves with bread and circuses for the masses to keep power.
- Universal Basic Income should pass no reasonable person's sniff test: paying people so they can munch Cheetos in front of 85 inches of Netflix while scrolling down their phone's Instagram account is nothing but bread and circuses.
- Giving people more to stay home than to go to work is a genie that should never have been released from the bottle.
- Sticking generations of people on welfare and making them comfortable there is abuse, pure and simple.
- Life is not about salivating for the next stimulus check.
- Nor is it about being a member of a permanent, manufactured victim class farmed solely for their votes.
- And anyone who says someone is too dumb to get a government ID is a racist who believes in modern day slavery.
Our country is at a crucial crossroads. A small but powerful, radical minority have taken over, both publicly and behind the scenes. They are waging a war of deliberate subversion on the America they hate. They have accumulated too much power already, yet they want even more in order to achieve their goal of a Radical Revolution.
Decades in the making, their propaganda is slick. It is filled with psychological tricks, heart wrenching stories and false premises. And it permeates all of the institutions they have corrupted and co-opted along the way: government departments; schools and universities; Hollywood; mainstream media; social media; and the tech giants.
Very few in those sectors go against the pervasive culture when their paycheck, benefits and prospects depend on towing the line. Each one of the institutions is a big self licking ice cream cone with 88 flavors of Marxism and Fascism.
Together, they are succeeding at silencing, freezing and undermining the rest of us. Divide and conquer, manipulate and control, double speak and double standards, hate and fear, destroy, rebuild and reshape.
Enough is enough. You are not alone. We are not in the minority. We can tell the difference between good and evil. At least 80 million people voted against a radical takeover and we do not believe anywhere near the same number voted for it. There is strength in numbers. And massive strength in massive numbers. Imagine if we all stopped paying our taxes at once. Imagine a state that told its residents to do so. Maybe that money should just stay here. And maybe we can stop the addiction to destructive practices by breaking the dependence states have on federal pork. Disband FEMA, the Department of Education and the Department of Transportation and give their budgets back to the states.
We are the ones who still believe in the Constitution and that our rights come from God, not from any earthly authority. We cherish individual responsibility, hard work and a moral compass. We will very gladly give anyone a helping hand but we will never give a drunk a drink nor allow people to become too comfortable in poverty. We are sick and tired of being demonized for being productive, paying our taxes and following the law when those around us, including so-called leaders, get away with the opposite. We just wanted to be left alone and are happy to leave others alone to live how they want to live but our line in the sand is fast approaching, if not here already. Stop telling us how to live and stop force feeding us, our children and our communities with crap we do not believe in. Science, by its very nature, should never be settled. And certainly never when it is being twisted for extreme political ends.
We are willing to risk our lives, fortunes and sacred honor to keep what we love and defeat power crazed zealots and their brainwashed minions.
We have a plan. We all need to build our own local network of trusted, like-minded folks. In normal times we need people who have our back and can be relied upon in a pinch. But with the Republic at stake and danger everywhere, this is true one thousand fold. We will not make it on our own. There is simply too much to do, too much to learn and too much to prepare. Community is key. We need a strong, local community that has a powerful voice and shapes the authorities to its will. Through this we will fight against Critical Race Theory and its sick racist indoctrination of our kids. Our girls will not be forced to share bathrooms and showers with biological boys. We will not tolerate riots in our streets by busloads of rented thugs from other states. We will invalidate unconstitutional attacks on our First and Second Amendment rights. We will not let our values be drowned out by dysfunctional activists on someone else's payroll. Our bodies, our choice: to vaccinate or not. Especially for something little worse than the flu with a jab that even the inventor of the technology says should not be taken. We take a stand, our community takes the same stand with us. Shoulder to shoulder, confident in being right and on the right side of history.
The Left is building a police state and sowing distrust, division and terror to advance their agenda. They are taking a sledgehammer to the Constitution and doubling down at every turn. We must be clear as to who the real enemy is: deliberately pitting groups against each other and spreading fear is pure propaganda, population control and manipulation. The vaccinated vs. the unvaccinated, black vs. white, the haves vs. the have nots. Do not fall for the obvious but stay focused on the puppet masters.
They have always wanted second class citizens, victims and angry mobs. Now they want riots, race wars and a right that lashes out, even if they have to gaslight, false flag and entrap to get there. Only then can they deal a death blow to the Constitution and usher in fascist rule. Look how they spun the January 6 mob at the Capitol in DC; repeat the lie that it was an "insurrection" often enough; allocate billions to defend against a manufactured bogeyman and persecute political prisoners to the nth degree to deter the rest. Then tar political enemies with the same brush to reduce their election chances or just simply start rounding them up too.
Thankfully, there is much we can do to defend against and weaken an out of control government. We will learn to meet and communicate securely. We will understand just how intrusive our phones and digital assistants truly are. We will work around them and protect ourselves from this massive invasion of privacy. We will grow in numbers to the point where we no longer have to hide but can call the bluff of the Emperor and his new clothes. A government's monopoly of violence only works when they can pick off individuals one by one and cow the rest into submission. The reality is that a community united on principles and values can easily surround them, dispel their illusion of power and expose their impotence.
Hard times are ahead. The Left are all in and are prepared to destroy this country so they can rebuild it in their image. They are already on track to kill the dollar. Hyperinflation and currency devaluation are in the cards. No doubt Covid 20, 21 and 22 are already being cooked up in labs in China. Wars are quite possible in Taiwan, Ukraine, Iran and/or Israel. The list goes on. We ask you to consider joining us in preparing our families and communities by implementing at least some of what we write about over the coming year.
