Most of us are familiar with one of the common definitions of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. By that definition alone, wannabe socialists can be certified insane as they try to replicate what has been done in country after country only to fail resoundingly. Residents of Florida are not building makeshift rafts to float over to the Cuban utopia. Nor were West Berliners digging tunnels to start a new life in East Berlin. And the 3 million people who have fled the socialist paradise of Venezuela will not be venturing back any time soon.
The dirty little secret, as Rush Limbaugh was fond of saying, is that perfecting a true socialist society is the last thing on the minds of leaders in Red Revolutions: that is just idealistic tripe for the indoctrinated foot soldiers and useful idiots they recruit. Rather, it is all about the power that comes from tearing down a country, subjugating its people and denying the human spirit. They want to be in charge and cannot get there fairly so they have to lie, cheat, steal, corrupt, divide and kill. Their lexicon along the way is full of hate, jealousy, envy, victims, unfairness and fear.
Socialism, Marxism and Communism were always a mental disease. These days Liberalism is a mental disease. Let's face it, American Leftism is a mental disease, because there is precious little difference between them all. If they were not such a threat, we might be inclined to take pity on them and help them seek treatment. But they are a very grave threat and "care in the community" means the asylums are no longer an option for containing them. Leftists are weak minded, fearful people with an inferiority complex. They do not trust themselves to behave morally and responsibly so they project the same on to everyone they meet. They are miserable at the core of their being.
Leftists are scared of anyone who is different from them and, therefore, over compensate with political correctness to broadcast to the world how tolerant and embracing they are of what is alien. Kids in the playground know that "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me". Somehow the Leftist mind got stuck in the playground, believing that sticks, stones and words are equally lethal. They became deathly afraid of them all. Their reasoning and critical thinking skills are underdeveloped and instead emotional thinking dominates their outlook on the world. We can show you an internet video stream of a gun sitting on a table which, in many years, has never harmed a soul. But somehow, to the Left, guns are the problem.
Leftists see black men and yellow women, dots and feathers, homosexuals and transgenders. Everyone labeled, everyone in a group or tribe, everyone a victim of some great injustice in need of equal outcomes. They do not see them as individual human beings with equal opportunities and responsibilities. Just different classes of slaves to be kept on different plantations, all helpless by themselves. Their fine words of sympathy, compassion and understanding mask a deep seated unease about what they see as inferior people who cannot get by on their own and can only be managed in a totally condescending and patronizing manner. Why else would minorities not need to produce government ID at the voting booth?
Lots of other things happened in the school playground to the immature Leftist mind. They are very uncomfortable with the concept of competition because deep inside they feel like a loser. Life is much better for them when everyone gets a trophy and any team which does too well gets penalized to level the playing field. In their heads they swim in a sea of insecurities, lacking confidence, unable to solve their own problems or satisfy their own needs. Much better that society solves everyone's problems, including theirs. For them, there is sanctuary in the collective and only the collective is responsible for good or bad behavior in individuals, not the individual themselves. All solutions, therefore, demand shaping, regulating and constraining the collective. The Leftist cannot conceive of themselves as good, strong or valuable: they only ever experience these qualities as part of a much larger group. They hate themselves and need affirmation from others to get through life.
The leaders in Red Revolutions are sociopaths and master manipulators who take full advantage of these mental weaknesses among their base. The Leftist mind is very frustrated and easy to influence. It craves a taste of power to lift it out of its wretched funk and it does not take much for it to be channeled into hostility, anger and hatred. The leaders are very good at promoting these feelings. The only good Leftist is an incensed Leftist, whether the subject is man made climate change, fake Russian election interference, a telephone call to Ukraine, a pandemic or some other issue of the day.
Even more potent is that the manipulation can be dressed up as the ultimate altruism, helping the poor, the planet, the sick, the unfortunate, the downtrodden. But the underlying objective is to provoke fear, worry and outrage. Fear is the greatest means of controlling people and getting them to surrender ever increasing freedoms. Leftists are lost without a bogeyman that only government can defeat. It makes up for their own fundamental inadequacies. Meanwhile, the leaders exploit all of this to attack the system, the white majority, the history, the success, the strength, the culture, the religion, the economy and the very pillars of the West.
By any objective measure the altruism is harmful to the intended beneficiaries: critical race theory promotes racism; social security promotes poverty; denying school choice keeps blacks down; open borders creates an exploited underclass. But it is never about helping people. For the Leftist it is about feeling good about the collective "doing something" and for the leaders of Red Revolutions it is about securing more power, spending more money, pushing the system closer to collapse and marginalizing those who do not get with the program.

I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same. I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known all my life--so hate-filled that they agree with opinions they would never express as their own. I think that I may well have entered the Twilight Zone. We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind! You can't justify this insanity:
• If a guy pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.
• Somehow it's un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.
• Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegals voting in our elections are good.
• It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it's an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.
• Twenty is too young to drink a beer, but eighteen is old enough to vote.
• People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.
• People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.
• Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you'd better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.
• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-bangers who jump the southern fence are welcome.
• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for "free" health care is not.
• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.
• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.
• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us.
• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!
Nothing makes sense anymore - no values, no morals, and no civility. People are dying of a Chinese virus, but it's racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China. We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong but killing unborn babies is AOK! Wake up America, the great unsinkable ship Titanic America has hit an iceberg, is taking on water, and is sinking fast. Speak up!"
Ben says Speak up! We say Stand Tall! The Right has been too polite, too tolerant, too busy with other things for far too long. Leftists are no better than a cheap parlor trick. They thrive on politics because it is an extension of their collective, an outlet for their anger and a validation of their worth. It gives them meaning. But their foundation is weak and they are, indeed, mentally ill. They are a pitiful mess inside, racist, terrified of everything and needing the snuggy blanket of government to tell them what to think, what to do and how to behave. Their Red Revolution leaders are equally fake - they are emperors without clothes who pull string after string to get the masses to dance to their tune. Behind the curtain is an army of psychologists, professors, tech giants and media full of the same guilt ridden minds who want their own taste of power and an elevated position in the new system.
We must call their bluff at every opportunity. Call them out. Question their logic. Point out the contradictions. Expose the double standards. Pick at their true motivations. Make them uncomfortable. Mock them. Touch their nerves. Trigger them. Record their meltdowns. Meme the ever living daylights out of them. Force them to shrink and slink away.
Let's be clear, the objective is not to win a debate here. Nor to convince them of the error of their ways. They are no longer a friend nor are they a potential convert. They are irredeemable and a lost cause.
No, we need to identify them for what they are, ridicule them, marginalize THEM. Make them too embarrassed to show their face in public. Let them wallow in their insecurities and melt like the witch in the Wizard of Oz in a pool of their own toxic emotional thinking. They are the enemy and their collective would happily see you rounded up and sent to re-education camps. Give them no quarter. Make them pariahs and help them jump ship to all the places they say are better than the USA. Let them find a new asylum.
